Returns & Exchanges

  • Items can be exchanged within 30 calendar days after the delivery of the items. A store credit or gift voucher will be provided if a certain item is sold out.

  • Discounted/ special priced items are final sales and will not be eligible for exchanges.

  • Delivery fee for the replacement items is to be shouldered by the customers. Delivery or shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • Items should be returned in the original packaging, complete with the labels and tags still attached; otherwise, the return will not be accepted.

  • You will be held responsible for items until the arrival at our warehouse. Please ensure that the packaging of the items is secured to avoid damage. We strongly advice the use of dependable couriers that provide tracking services and details. We regret that we cannot be responsible for loss or items damaged in transit. 

  • All returns are still subject to quality assessment. Items that do not pass a quality check will be transported back to the customer. We reserved the right to decline the returned items if the above requirements are not fulfilled.

  • If you believe that there is a problem with the quality of the product upon delivery, you may ship it back to us for a full refund or replaced with a different stock of the same item, or exchanged for store credit.

  • For replacement items of lower value, the excess amount will be credited in the form of store credit, which can be used by the customers for their future purchases with us. For replacement items of higher value, customers will make good the difference.
